I received this ice bucket as part of the Amazon Vine programme. In return for a fair and honest review.This was a big feature of our Christmas day celebrations as we filled the bucket with a lot of ice and kept it in our living room. This saved members of the family having to go outside in the freezing cold outside the back door to retrieve their drinks on Christmas Day like we usually do. So it saved us a lot of time and a lot of conversations about who's turn it was to get the drinks.The bucket is made from a cheap plastic so it's quite flimsy but the lights look really good and very effective. Especially when it's full of ice and drinks. The lights shinning through the ice and reflective off any glass bottles is very nice.It also works to music, although we didn't use this feature, although it did seem to work.

It requires X 2 AA batteries, which are not included.This bucket holds around four bottles of beer and 3 wine bottles when filled with ice. The colour changing modes give a great effect when it's full of ice and really add a fun element.Quality is good, albeit plastic, but for the price point, you'd be paying much more for a glass version.Overall, fun, functional, and good quality- no negatives.

This is a fun idea but I got more use for it as a bin at christmas than a actual Ice bucket!I’m sure if you’re looking for the novelty of a light up ice bucket for a party and don’t want to break the bank this will do. The light up function is pleasant enough however I believe there is only one function on it which cause a cycle of colours to fade in and out of each other, you can’t have it static on one colour it seems which is a shame.It does it’s core job or being an ice bucket well, when it is full of cold water and ice, the plastic lining is thick enough to keep the bucket cold enough to keep wine and other beverages cold.It’s incredibly sturdy and does it’s job well. The only downside is that I couldn’t for the life of me get the speaker to work. I don’t know if I’mJust being daft or what but I couldn’t get any sound to come out of it at all!

The media could not be loaded.  This 5ltr, opaque plastic ice bucket is quite ridged and not overly heavy. Under the bottom is a screw off unit that houses the 2 x AA batteries (not included) and the On/Off button. There is a single, bright LED bulb, which is either turned off or on. When on, it automatically scrolls through the various colours every few seconds. Fading from one to another. The media could not be loaded.  The LED ice bucket uses 2 AA batteries, which are not included in the purchase. The exterior of the ice bucket illuminates with the 7 cycling colours, which gives a Smart effect and adds a nice ambience to a special occasion. I used the ice bucket for my friends 50th this weekend and with some ice and a bottle of champagne it really did look smart and effective on the table.

Bucket works as intended, LED lights are a nice touch...only downside is that the bucket is not doubled walled so you do get condensation on the outside of the bucket, meaning it drips all over the table, we found ourselves putting the bucket onto a plate, LED's do look good in the evening though.

The ice bucket is a good size to have on your bar ready for those ice cold drinks.It’s made of hard plastic but the edges have been nicely rounded off so not sharp.The ice bucket does have LED lights so it does require 2 AA batteries which are not supplied.They are easily placed in the bottom by unscrewing the bottom.It has a push button to switch the lights on and off.It has ambient light which changes colour slowly.It does look good sitting on our garden bar .This could also be used as a fancy bin for in your bedroom or by your desk.
