Awful seller
I’ve ordered this item 3 times. First time the cabinet was great. Second time I received the wrong color, but got a refund. Third time the cabinet doors don’t fit and it’s made out of cheaper material. The seller offered $15 refund which I rejected. After a week Amazon finally took action and offered a full refund. This item is sold through a third party beware!!

VERY CHEAP PRODUCT and a scam for what it costs
This is the first review I’ve written on Amazon, meaning this is how unsatisfied I am with buying this product.I am an easy pleaser when it comes to buying things on Amazon but when I buy something worth over $100 that is useless I am very unhappy. I tried to put this together and it was like a stack of cards and couldn’t even finish. Completely useless. The wood broke everywhere as I tried to screw into the factory made holes, I even tried using wood glue to salvage the disaster with no avail. I’ve put countless pieces of furniture together (and all by myself to add) so I’m not oblivious to self assembly. After a couple of hours of trying to put it together realizing putting the bottom half on the top half would instantly collapse if I did, I gave up. I’ve sent four emails asking for a return label since Dec 16 2020 and the company still haven’t sent me one. So also terrible customer service. Like I said, if I AM writing a review, it’s very bad. VERY CHEAP PRODUCT and a scam for what it costs. I wasted $125 for a deck of cards at this point and it doesn’t look like I can get my money back for how awful the customer service is.

Great for storage, not display
Overall this worked perfectly for my needs. I can see where others run into problems with assembly. I am fortunate to have a very detail oriented husband, and he is really great at assembling these types of furniture items. To be fair tho, this isn't a 1 person job. It takes 2 people to put the doors on. You can see in the photos that the doors do not fit tightly, and look 'off'. This is because the inside latches are adjusted to lock into place. To do this the doors needed to be adjusted by the screws so be aware of this technique. Also, note the cabinet doesn't sit flush with baseboards. Because of this we used a $1 L bracket from a hardware store to attach it to the wall. It is solid now and holds heavy pots and pans nicely. You may not want this in company sight as the doors aren't flush. Assemble accordingly.

Wouldn't Purchase Again
Don't plan on putting much in this cabinet. It's pretty flimsy. Not worth $

Holding up well
Purchased 3 in 2018, writing this 8/20/20. These have held up well with no issues. I use them to store food, especially can goods and gallon jugs of water. They still look pretty nice. Some people mentioned in the comments that they had a hard time getting the doors perfectly square. I think I was able to get pretty close (within 1-2mm) with only a screwdriver. Very glad I bought them.

You get what you pay for...
I was looking for an affordable pantry for our basement. I chose this one due to the dimensions and overall look. When I received it, it is an Ameriwood Home cabinet not Mainstays. Also, the hardware is white and not silver as pictured. During assembly there were a couple of problems. First the kick board (piece I) fell of immediately because the 3 screws used to attach it pulled apart the MDF. I ended up glueing it on. They should have used cam locks like on the rest of the build. Second, piece F was not manufactured correctly. The holes were drilled incorrectly and if I would have assembled it as is the unfinished edge would have stood out like a sore thumb. (Piece F divides the upper from the lower cabinet and the edge is not covered by the doors). I ended up drilling new holes and I made the piece fit they way it was meant to and moved on. Finally, as I was completing the assembly I noticed a handle was missing. I know I didn’t lose it because all of the parts are vacuumed sealed to a piece of cardboard and I used a razor to open each part one at a time as I needed them. Since the handles are the last step it was the one last kick in the pants of my experience. I ordered a replacement handle from the Ameriwood website and am currently waiting it’s arrival. This is not the most stable piece of furniture, but it does the job for my purposes. As I stated before, I am using this in my basement as extra food storage. I definitely would not have this in my kitchen as a primary storage fixture.UPDATE: It is February 21st and I have not received my missing handle (4 weeks). Poor quality and customer service!

Parts missing, cheap materials, flimsy as heck, had to screw to wall, shorter then paperwork showed.
Missing a shelf, and pieces to hold shelf. Terrible instructions, cheap material.not enough screws or nails. Flimsy, wish I didn't waist 100$ a piece, what a waist of money. But I need them. Lack of storage in kitchen. Very disappointed . Don't buy these, choose something else.
