Fantastic product I cannot lie
Only one thing it needs more detail in the description because I ordered the wrong thing they didn’t go to the Coleman, KT 196 . You have a great product and everything. I just wish everybody would detail these kits out a little bit more better and tell you exactly what it doesn't fit on and exactly what it does fit. it would help you out so much more like it's the same measurements. Only one different is the shaft , so if you slip up on one, Lil thing is wrong and some of us work long days and we do this for living we’re doing this on the side for our kids. help Customer little bit more.

Cheap
Crappy quality steering wheel bent while riding yeah right here hasn’t healed at all. You don’t see nothing on your face though that little spot like maybe a quarter.

It’s ok
I see a lot of bad reviews. I have not drove my go kart yet but I have the rack fully installed. It turns a whole lot better than the stock steering linkage did. The rack and pinion seems to be fine as far as quality goes. The tie rods and threads are all pretty nice. I see that part of the housing is plastic but the main body is metal, which is weldable and that’s what I was hoping for. There is nothing provided built in or supplied to mount the rack however so I’m a little upset about that but you can weld it. There is not that much play in the steering, a lot less than my previous setup but it’s not tight by any means after all it’s pretty cheap. I think it will work great and I will come back to update if/when something fails This is an update! After running it around, I have dropped it down to a 3 star. There is a ton of play in the steering! It only shows after a full use. The mechanical advantage of the rack and pinion is great however for the price the quality just doesn’t add up. I don’t know if I am asking for too much but it’s not the best deal. I think it is still better than stock linkage though.

Needs rebuilding
I rebuilt the rack and pinion. They were too cheap and wobbly for my use. In the end, I got a sufficient solution for my go kart.
