I have severe arthritis in my lower spine and neck - I have lost 5 total inches in height over 5 years. Doctors are amazed that I do not hurt! These tablets might be absolutely fine for some people, but not for me. After more than a month of taking one tablet daily, I developed some heart palpations and water retention ( a lot!). I didn’t know what was causing the symptoms and eventually decided to try eliminating the tablets. Within a couple days, ALL the unwanted side effects were gone, and have not returned.I have to say though that some of my arthritis pain had improved after taking the tablets for a few weeks.So I’m not say DONT buy them, I’m just advising caution and being aware once you start taking them.

Achy knees no longer after taking Move Free for a week. It truly is incredible how quickly this product works. I am back to actively walking and hiking without pain.

These do work but take 2 a day and you need to actually take them for a month or two for them to start working. Give it some time and order enough so you dont run out. Compare what the pain is now and then again after a couple months of taking them!.

My primary physician recommended that I start using this a few months ago. My local pharmacy only carries the 30 tablet size. This larger quantity is more economical and the stuff works better than the prescription arthritis med she had me on prior to using this.

I work on my feet all day and have flat feet. These help relieve my joint pain. I have taken them off and on for about 1 yr and 6 months.
