how long dors it take to get fully charged?

Not really sure as we never run it down fully as I put it on charge after each use then it may take 20-30 minutes to full charge. We are very happy with this one & filter is easy to clean & it's ideal for a quick sweep of the carpet.

I want to keep in a cupboard with no electric socket. Does the charging station need to be permanently plugged in?

No, You can charge it from any socket and when fully charged just unplug it and store it away until you need to use it. It is also a brilliant cleaner. Light and easy to use and picks up every speck of dust. Would highly recommend it.

can it be mounted or hung on the wall?

It doesn’t appear to have any fittings for that purpose but it stands up nicely.
