This does work, keeps cup and contents hot, previous use to drink half a cup then have to microwave to heat back up, no more with this cup heater. Bought for the wife as a gift, she now uses this every day, and moves it round the house, so may have to buy another for upstairs to avoid me being sent round the house to find it.

I’m a forgetful person so usually my cuppa ends up getting cold before I remember my hubby made me one, so I was looking on Amazon and browsed a few different models of coffee / tea warmers and decided I liked the options of this brand I like that you have options of ceramic, 75c glass, 80c metal, 85c button which gives different temperatures for each type of mug and a temperature plus and minus buttons to add or decrease the timer mode , and on /off button and a sensor button. In the leaflet it shows you must have a flat bottomed cup but in my case my coffee mug does have a concaved base it still warms up and keeps my coffee hot .The timer goes from 1 to 9 hours , I have used for a week and I’m very satisfied with this coffee warmer but ( DO NOT TOUCH THE BOTTOM OF YOUR MUG AS IT IS HOT) I did and burnt my hand ! Also it shows on Amazon you can put a fragranced candle not tried this myself though. I bet you could put a small metal pan of milk and it would warm it up in 5 plus minutes. I’m pleased with my purchase hot plate coffee/tea warmer and would recommend to family and friends

Up to present time It really works and is nice design

Purchased primarily for keeping my tea warm.However, as of late I've used it to assist in melting the remaining wax left in the bottom of the candle jar which extends the life of the candle. (with a few drops of unused essential oils)I've also used it to break down the candle melts into liquid form so I can make my own candles.

I have bought 4 of these now as presents because people have been very impressed with mine. I find to keep my drink hot the colour down one from red is best, if your drink is a little on the cool side then red will soon warm it up.My niece is a lego builder and was often so engrossed that she would let her coffee go cold , she rang me to say she loves her warmer and has not had a cold hot drink since.Obviously make sure children can't get near it as it stays very hot for a while.Love mine may get another for the bedroom.

Bought this has I’m working from home 59% of time on back to back meetings and constantly find I’ve only drank half a cup before it’s gone cold. This works really well - would be good to keep soup warm too!It’s well built and v reliable

I’m going to have to send this back as it doesn’t actually have an on off switch. The temperature selection is the owner of switch which means you have to cycle through the temperature selection every time you want to switch it on or off. Also, it has branding on top of the product which does not show up in their advertising material and I do not care for. There is no need to know that this comes from DoubleCare every time I put my mug onto the surface. I don’t care about the name of your product and in fact, I would prefer to see less writing on a product than more.

I make my wife coffee in the morning. She often fails to get up in time before it has cooled down and then apparently has to go and heat it up. So why do I bother!So I thought I would get a cup warmer and this met what I wanted -1) something that would keep it warm and not boiling - it has three settings and the middle one is fine for the wife2) it has an auto time off (though 4 hours might be a bit on the excessive side)3) it is manually controlled so nothing can fall on it and switch it onNice wide stable base and heating area. Wipe clean top. Nice touch sensitive on button so easy to turn on without waking anyone.

il faut un fond plat pour bien optimiser (j'ai un pot en inox que je met dessus) c'est pour le thé.La température la plus basse est suffisante pour maintenir et même réchauffer la plus haute est vraiment très chaude))

After searhing the web for a cup heater, and having read about 10 product pages, this one came out best qua reviews. And I must say, the thing works great! I don't need boiling soup in 5 minutes, but these 50 Watts are quite good at it. Set to hot and stir once in a while, then you'll have it warm, because it also heats the cup, which warms the contents sideways. I'm very happy ith it.

The holder is very elegant and feels very high quality. It has two settings and it keeps a very high temp on your coffee. I find that my coffee is hotter resting on this plate than it is coming from the brewer.
