doTERRA - Serenity Softgels Essential Oil Restful Complex - 60 Softgels

THese are a nice helper to relax and assist in calming the brain for some restful sleep. Although I find that its not a regular thing to take, on occasion is more effective. No drowsy side affects in the morning either.

I have had issues sleeping for as long as I can remember. It generally takes me a solid hour or two to fall asleep every single night. I have tried things like melatonin, no caffeine at all that day, pre-bed yoga, lavender oil in my diffuser... it just doesn't work. My daughter, who also has insomnia, suggested these. Since the day these were delivered, I have slept! It takes me about 10 minutes to fall asleep after I lay down, which is amazing! I rarely claim these products work perfectly, but really, this one does! Best of all, I can't feel any residual effects of it the next morning. With others, I would get the AM doze feeling... like I was walking in a fog almost. With this, I wake up well rested and with energy. I couldn't recommend these any higher! They are absolutely worth the purchase! **********************************UPDATE********************************** A year later - I still use these every night. I think maybe twice since I started using them I've taken the max dose of 2. I stopped taking them for a little while (3 weeks or so) and instantly went back to my crappy sleep. I stopped because I wanted to see if maybe it was just that I needed to train my body to actually sleep. I gave it 3 weeks to ensure that my poor sleep wasn't just because I stopped taking them. I just can't sleep for crap on my own. I'm so glad these exist. The fact that I don't feel groggy the next day is the best thing.

Excellent product, promotes restful sleep, with no grogginess next day. This is a great sleep aid.

Helps me get some rest

I’ve had trouble sleeping for the past 2 years. I wake up in the middle of the night and can’t fall back asleep for at least 2 hours! I have used melatonin, which does help me fall asleep fast, but I wake up the next day feeling groggy. These serenity gels do not make me fall asleep faster, but they absolutely keep me to sleep! It’s incredible how much more rested I feel In the mornings. Even my fit bit shows a huge difference in my sleep quality. I only take 1 soft gel, that’s all it takes for me. Try these out!!!

I have tried two per night for three nights straight. Very disappointed. They have not made any difference in helping me sleep. They don’t help me at all in getting to sleep. Don’t waste your money on these.

They may work for some, but for me, they didn't help at all with sleep improvement, as much as I love Doterra
