Weird noises from the VCR, will not run but for a few seconds and stops. I would not recommend this product.

Cheap flimsy piece of garbage. Waste of money. I put this into my good working Sony vcr and ran it. Tried to eject and it wouldn’t come out. I had to pry it out with a screwdriver and found that one of the reels in the cleaner was jambed and the tape got all tangled inside the unit. Had to tear the tape to get it out. You know as soon as you remove this cleaning tape from the package, that its very cheaply made garbage. Spend a few dollars more and get a better one. I’m happy that I didn’t damage the player with this garbage.

I’ve bought both types of this cleaner. Dry & Wet and my VCR says nope. Immediately ejects them. I’ve returned them and got them replaced with more it says no to. You’d think it’s the vcr? Nope. Plays regular vhs tapes just fine. Guess I’ll throw these in the trash and be on the look out for something else.

Bought a tv off marketplace and the heads needed to be cleaned on the VCR this fixed it in 2 runs
