My wife has tasked me with keeping her kitchen knives sharp, a job she prefers not to do for personal reasons: she doesn't like the sound of a knife being sharpened. It's a fingernails-on-blackboard feeling for her. I chose these knives for the steel type used. I wanted something that would hold an edge, something that would stand up over time when used on a virtually daily basis. I think this knife will be that go-to blade in our kitchen. The comfortable handle and accompanying sheath are definite pluses.

The handle is great to grab ! Excellent product , very well built , well balanced , razor sharp ! A must for any kitchen !

This is my third product from this company and I am still wowed by the artistry in each of these knives. I’ve had Henkel, Chicago, Vitoribox, Gerber and also used professional grade brands. Others have fancy colored handles, but for my taste, this is the ticket. I bought this for a young ladies wedding shower for wife and I was not disappointed. It has solid heft, very nice balance, refined finish and I didn’t see the word “China” anywhere on it. The air fryer will likely go to the next yard sale, but a fine piece of cutlery with a beyond razor edge…..is a lifetime.

Knife came in a nice box and was well protected. Using the knife I am very satisfied with the sharpness and comfort of the blade. My only complaint is that I was hoping it was a blade made in Japan. It does use Japanese steel, but made in China. It is a great step up from knives I have used in the past.

I bought this for my boyfriend who is the cook in the house. He is very picky about his knives but absolutely loves this one! He said it keeps its edge, is very sharp, has a comfortable grip and looks like a professional knife. Awesome knife for the price!

Very handsome knife, but not that sharp. I have a 12-year-old knife (same size) from Ikea that's noticeably sharper and it cost a fraction of what this knife cost.

very sharp, weight is distributed evenly, perfect for cutting any and everything, the only upset i had was there is a little gap at the bottom between the wood and metal. overall i would purchase more of they’re products, money well spent!!

Tonight while prepping stir fry I put this knife to the test, from Cabbage to oversized onions to meat. It's balanced, great quality, beautiful, and cuts pretty much anything with ease. For $50 this knife is well worth the price. It's officially my 'Go to' knife in my kitchen. Totally recommend purchasing
