My laptop (a brand new 2020 MacBook Air) kept scolding me for unplugging without ejecting properly. I left a negative review saying the hub was possibly defective. The company contacted me & sent me a new one &... it works perfectly! So, the issues with that first one were a fluke. Atolla really went above & beyond to acknowledge my complaint & make me happy. Their emails kept filtering into my junk folder so they attempted to contact me for weeks before I responded but they never gave up. I appreciate the stellar customer service & I’d definitely buy their products again.
