Sharp and efficient
I have ordered these often for scar removal rather than moh surgery.Most of the times they are very sharp, but there have been times that some of them are just blunt and do not function as expected.

Packaging seems a little sketchy
The product will probably work fine, but the description said they'd arrive in a box of 10, and there were 10 individually wrapped punches in a ziplock baggie. I'd have felt more secure about their sterility if they had been in manufacturer's packaging.

Misleading on sizes
I thought from the picture I was buying a variety of sizes but instead got a box full of one size. Picture is misleading and I was completely bummed out. I have no use for these.
