Wonder product that really works
It's a bit pricey, but if you suffer with car sickness it's honestly worth every penny. It totally worked and stoped me from feeling sick in the car and on a plane. I used to feel nauseous on journeys, but wearing this I could look at my phone on windy roads and felt totally fine. It's very easy to use and simple to charge (comes with two USB charging cables). The battery lasts a long time. It's just like a watch and comfortable to wear, it does create a bizarre tingling sensation in your hand, but you get used to it. I'm totally blown away by the effectiveness.

This is what normal people feel likeโฆ.
Iโve suffered with motion sickness all my life. It settled a bit when I started driving and commuting, being a passenger wasnโt so bad. Since lockdowns, and then moving to a fully home based role, Iโve started to feel nauseous as a passenger on really short journeys, just 5 minutes down the road. Tablets make me sleep, and I canโt always take them ahead of an unplanned car journey. Finally fed up and dreading an upcoming two hour journey, I ordered this. Itโs really hard to say that it was definitely the watch but given that I couldnโt go 5 minutes early this week without feeling sick, Iโve done three two-hour journeys in as many days, on windy, bumpy countryside roads, without a hint of sickness. Nothing. Not a peep of a sick feelings. Itโs incredible!!! Pros - the obvious, I donโt feel sick. I donโt have to deep breathe for hours, or try and fall asleep. I donโt have to take tablets that knock me out. Cons - it is a bit uncomfortable, particularly on a higher setting. I think some people may struggle with that. I havenโt had any issues with the strap as others have said, itโs easy to get in the right place (unlike sea bands) and you do start to forget itโs there, a bit. All in all, this transformed my weekend and if it continues, my life.!

Worked for me and is unobtrusive
I have fairly slim wrists and it needs to be done up on almost the last hole but fits fine and lays flat. The buzzing made my fingers curl to start with but you get used to it. Have now used it on a plane and felt comfortable as well as being ok looking at my phone whilst in the car when I would normally feel sick quite quickly so I feel so far it is very effective. Would recommend this product. Value for money - well worth it as it has given me the confidence to travel. Pleased with the battery life - much better than my watch and as I only wear it when travelling the battery life is fine, even for long flight.

Great alternative to taking travel sickness pills
As someone who gets motion sickness on almost any mode of transport, the EmeTerm band has been a game changer for me. Although it doesnโt fully eliminate my nausea, it does take the edge off and I find that I can be less dependent on taking travel sickness tablets. The only issue is that as the band is fixed rather than hinged, people with smaller wrists may find the EmeTerm Fashion on the large side. The Explore might be a better option as the hinged band provides a better fit granted it is a more expensive model. Overall it has become a vital part of my travel kit.

This little watch is a game changer for me.
Firstly I am a nurse and very sceptical and like to know a bit about how things work before I buy things like this and secondly I am a YouTuber and travel vlog and hide jewellery all over the world and some of the places in the world I want to visit were inaccessible to me because of my travel sickness. I pondered for a while and watched independent reviews on the watch and decided to take the plunge. I didnโt have high expectations but I was going to give it a good run for its money. I went out on a choppy boat in the Thames estuary and sat next to the diesel exhaust and I was fine this little watch really worked for me. normally I would be dying. I vlogged this experience and emailed emeterm with my outcome and the one thing I said that could improve was I wanted more levels just in case. They came back to me and said that their emeterm plus provided this. The electrodes have been turned around and it sits flatter to my wrist, the strap was a proper buckle and much more secure and I really liked the fact it had skimmed down a bit too. Having had such a good experience I got the plus version and it was really good again. That little watch really packs a punch. My daughter who is travel sick as soon as she looks at a plane, was able to read on a recent flight to Berlin. We are both so impressed that we have booked our Christmas trip to France on the cross channel ferry and feel pretty confident that we will get through the sailing. Neither of us ever make that trip to the other side without becoming very good friends with the toilet. If you want to see the watch in action I have posted my trips using this to my channel โDesigns by la merโ and I will be vlogging the France trip where Emeterm will really be put through itโs paces. I donโt often write a review only when I think something is worth sharing good or bad but this little watch has changed mine and my daughterโs lives and opened a whole lot of new places and experiences all over the world.

The straps are not secure
I get motion sickness after long haul flights and the wristband helped to reduce, but not completely eradicate the symptoms. There is definitely a design fault with the strap as the arms kept coming off and I had to re-attach them. Sadly the straps fell off at an airport prior to boarding and I have now lost the wristband. I shall look at other equivalent brands before making another purchase.

Arriving at my destination not feeling nauseous - amazing!
I often suffer from travel sickness on long journeys, especially if Iโm in the back of a taxi or car. This has been a game changer, I no longer arrive at my destination feeling nauseous! So impressed! My son also gets extremely travel sick and I find over the counter medication makes him drowsy, so I will be ordering the kids version for him as he has an upcoming school trip which includes a coach and a ferry! Itโs put my mind at ease knowing how much this has helped with my travel sickness. Would definitely recommend!!!

Great for air travel.
I bought this to help with long flights. Normally after 5 or 6 hours I get very nauseated and on occasion sick. After reading reviews, one thing noted was difficulty with the clasp. First time was a little tricky, however after looking at the strap I tried to put something behind the strap when you push the pins into their holes, This worked perfectly and I had no problems with the clasp and wore it for over 20 hours of flying and occasionally on a 7 day river cruise. It helped control my motion sickness.

Ok
I get really nauseous on the plane and sometimes I even throw up so I decided to try this watch. When I put it on my hands were tingling a little but everything seemed to go well I went on the plane. and it didnโt work I felt so nauseous and at the end I vomited I would not recommend this device. Would not purchase again but you never know Mabye itโll work for you but for me it did not.

Amazing, it works!
I was reluctant to spend the money on something I wasn't sure would work. I was pleasantly surprised that this works amazing. I get very seas sick if I go below deck, I also get severely car sick. This band has helped with both of those things. I have worn it multiple times on a glass bottom boat sitting below the water line, I have used it in a car and on a flight. I suffer from migraines and didn't feel too well before an overseas flight, this band saved me. I have found that I have to wear it for a little while after I finish the activity, other wise my nausea will come back. I have also had to adjust the settings based in the activity I'm doing. It's an amazing product and I highly recommend.

This isn't a gimmick folks, it's technological genius!
I suffer from severe daily nausea from type 1 diabetes, chronic anxiety, panic disorder, meinures disease, and binocular vision dysfunction. Needless to say, nausea, vertigo, and motion sickness are a huge part of my daily life. I was seeking a new non-medicinal therapy to try. I was going to replace my acupressure bracelets, but then I noticed EmeTerm offered a budget friendly TEAS therapy bracelet for precisely the things I suffer from. Since acupressure has historically worked reallllyyyyy well for me, I knew EmeTerm was going to be an excellent tool to add to my toolbox. ~ The style and color ~ I got it in pink! I love the pink, it makes me feel so stylish and human. As someone who wears an insulin pump, it can be hard to wear things that others stare at because they just look medical. This does NOT look medical! I even get compliments on it :) ~ What does it feel like? ~ The steady electrical pulses feel like a buzz and tingles, not unsimilar to the buzz of a tattoo machine (without any of the pain mind you). If you don't place it correctly on your wrist, the buzzes and subsequently the nausea relieving effects will be less intense. This is not at fault of the product, it is user error. If the bracelet does not buzz and tingle for you, adjusting the position, tension, and intensity to be more accurately on the T6 pressure point will fix it. ~ Does it actually help nausea? ~ Yes! It does! You have to keep with it and continuously wear it, it is more effective the more you wear it. Because of how severe my motion sickness is, I still have to take motion sickness medicine, but this bracelet has effectively reduced and sometimes eliminated breakthrough motion sickness. As advertised by EmeTerm, this product isn't meant to fully eliminate nausea on it's own, it's meant to turn the intensity dial way down (which it does!). If you suffer from particularly severe motion sickness, I would definitely reccomend using this in conjunction with other therapies such as medicine. It has massively relieved my everyday nausea to the point of not needing nausea medicine everyday for the past near week. I anticipate it to grow even more effective as I continue to use it. I have a long travel day coming up soon, and I am eager to use it then! ~ Is it user friendly? ~ Very! I really love the simplicity of the intensity levels and the fact that you don't need an app to operate it. Putting it on is a little difficult since there is no hinge for the band to be mounted on versus the device itself. It does take a little bit of finagling to strap it on for that reason. There is a vast number of sizes this can be adjusted to for a variety of wrist sizes. I have a 6 ยฝ inch wrist, and there were still sizes to go down on. The band itself can get pretty sweaty and chafe a bit, but it's tolerable and easy enough to swap wrists! It is overall comfortable to wear and easy to use. ~ Do I and will I reccomend it? ~ Yes! I run a support group for type 1 diabetics who also suffer from GI issues, and they're eagerly waiting for my final verdict. I have already reccomended it to friends and family as well. I reccomend it to you too! This is not a gimmick, this is not a placebo. This is technology based on real medicinal science! If you're tired of popping nausea meds and suffering, this is WORTH a try! I was not paid or sponsored to write this review, (although, EmeTerm, I would love to do more product reviews for you! Hit me up, I'd love to test out the Explore Active!) I just wanted to share my experience as someone who is both chronically nauseous, intolerant to motion, and normally skeptical of this sort of technology. Do yourself a huge favor and GET it! ๐ซถ UPDATE: 7/13/2026 I have been using this bracelet intermittently for the past near month. I have found that it significantly reduces breakthrough nausea all across the board, and not just for motion sickness alone. In the car it keeps my motion sickness from completely ramping up to severe symptoms, which I am incredibly thankful for. I have a flight on Friday and will update how it helped for flying! UPDATE: 7/23/2026 It worked amazingly for the flights! I had to take connections and flew on smaller, regional jets. The turbulence was no issue! This really kept my breakthrough motion sickness to a tolerable level. So for... Flight motion sickness? Buy it โ ๏ธ Car motion sickness? Buy it โ ๏ธ Anxiety nausea? Buy it โ ๏ธ Indigestion nausea? But it โ ๏ธ Really, if you struggle from any nausea for any reason, this product is truly worth a try!

Buy this if you don't care about waterproofing!
I loved this device so much I bought the EmeTerm Smart...and I like the Fashion better! I've always struggled with nausea on planes and on cruises, and I honestly never thought anything could help. This did. First, on the plane: My flight had the most turbulence I had ever experienced. Yet, I felt nothing - it was almost disorienting because I also didn't feel the fear I was used to every time the plane dropped. I hadn't realized that could go away, too. Next, on the cruise: The weather was so bad on our cruise that 3 ports were cancelled. Yet again, I felt no nausea. I actually went to the gym every morning on the ship because I was feeling so great (and had lots of extra time with the port cancellations). Finally, I ended up buying the EmeTerm Smart because my Fashion isn't waterproof. Yet I find myself reaching for my Smart (including today) because the Smart has terrible battery life and feels overly complicated when I'm already feeling nauseous. With the Fashion, you just turn it on and start feeling better. Go for it!
