The roasting box does a great job. It cooks faster than I thought it would. Make sure you use lump charcoal, not the briquette type.The thermometer was broken on ours at delivery, and they sent us a new one very quickly.

Bent components and Broken gauge. Poor Packaging. Poor materials of construction. Poor assembly.

This is one item that your friends will wow about in a party that cooks great you can almost replace the grills you have in the house with this one. Great job.
