MANI ATTACCATE PER SOSPENSIONI A 4DITA
A dispetto della foto questa HANGBOARD è molto stretta. Gli alloggiamenti dita sono ok per 43 e 2 DITA ma se si vogliono fare sospensioni a 4 DITA (diciamo che è il motivo per cui la compriamo) le tasche a 4 dita sono attaccate quindi vi troverete ad essere sospesi a mani una vicino l’altra invece che a distanza spalle circa quindi una bella complicazione. Inoltre le ronchi e per le trazioni sono piccole piccole e fanno male all’arco interno di tutte e 4 le dita con il risultato che fare trazioni con questa HB è una sofferenza. In compenso le asole sono ben arrotondate e non fanno male alle dita quindi sospensioni mono e vi dito e tri dito ok

We didn’t want to get the door mounted pull up bar so we opted for this and are very happy we ended up buying the other kind for fun!

Gutes, günstiges Hangboard, beinhaltet alles für die Installation. Allerdings ist alles unnötigerweise ziemlich eng, es gibt keine Möglichkeit, 4 Finger Hangs zu üben, nicht Mal am Jug, der eigentlich für Klimmzüge gedacht ist, und das mit meinen für Männer kleinen Händen. Alles in Allem aber trotzdem sehr zufriedenstellend, vorallem für ein günstigeres Offbrand Hangboard.
