Me and my wife were trying to have a baby. I got tested and all my levels were normal. She got prescribed medication to be able to get pregnet but I figured I'd buy this to help anyway that I could. I'm almost 99 percent sure that it was her medication that got her pregnet because a week into her medication she was pregnet. I still used these for the gym. My libido was about the same, but my gym results were improving. It might have just been placebo but non the less, I'll rate them high because my wife is pregnet, and I believe they help boost my Test.

My wife was on Nexplanon, the implantable birth control device that goes in woman's left arm, and I started taking these supplements the day she got it taken out. She was pregnant within two weeks. Honestly was a waste of money . My husband took these for more than a year and it didn’t do anything. So not sure why there are positive reviews on this.
