While the setup was not too difficult, the directions were not clearly written, and I had to climb up on a ladder to reset it at least once after initial installation. What is really disappointing the app will NOT install on my wife's or daughter's phone so that they can view the camera's recordings.I would NOT have bought this camera if it had been disclosed that it will only work on ONE cellular phone. Finally, the floodlight only stays on for about 15 seconds when activated. Try a different camera; this on is really limited.

This product is very nice for the price. It has a huge bright floodlight, and great camera, and a good motion sensor. They seem to be well constructed and should be weather rugged. The app for Soliom is surprisingly well designed. For video storage, you can choose to purchase cloud storage account or use a micro SD card for images.

Android application requires more permissions than needed, and won't let you install if you don't let it access your phone, this is more like a stealing privacy.

I give 5 stars for these reasons:1) the ease of installation was great, pretty sure my grandma could install this2) motion detection is superb as well3) best bang for your buck in my opinion4) the app is very user friendly, much more then I anticipatedOverall very satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend

Bought during prime days and already dead!

I really love this camera it is very easy to set up (takes literally 2 minutes) I have a property in Mexico and use the camera to check my house everyday from Texas! I has a very bright 1000 lumens floodlight and has a motion sensor which is really good. This is actually my 4th Soliom camera. I was confident to buy this new Soliom camera after experiencing my Soliom S600 cameras they work great! The app woks flawlessly and the camera has a long wifi range. I give this camera a 5 out of 5 stars!

This is the second camera we have purchased from this company. We love how easy they are to set-up and use and the fact that they are solar powered allows us to place the camera anywhere there is sunlight! This is an awesome way to monitor our property. We can keep an eye on our driveway and our horse pasture without the hassle of wiring! Also had the option to use SD card so you don’t have to pay for a cloud storage service.

Order number ends in 2213. Ordered 30 March 2022, delivered 01 April 2022.This product was easy to setup and took great videos.And then one day, 4 months later, it decided to go offline and remain offline. The red LED remains lit.I disconnected it from the solar panel and waited for the red LED to extinguish and eventually it extinguished. I powered up the camera and the blue LED never illuminates. I purchased 2 cameras and the other one works just fine. What a waste of hard-earned money for a camera that only lived for approximately 4 months. Because of my experience, I DO NOT recommend this product.
