Beautiful, but has minor issues.
The painting has faded significantly in just two months of use. It's beautiful otherwise!

It’s a beautifully handmade mug. I love that they use milk as a way to seal the pores on the cup. It’s our favorite mug to use.

Different maker?
Originally gave 5 stars in February for beautiful 5oz rustic mug. However- just received 2nd order supposedly from the same maker. It looks and feels different. It’s only 3oz -though advertised as 5oz. It’s thinner, lighter, and roughly finished. There are careless flaws and overall not well made like the first. It looks to be very fragile and will not hold up over time. Disappointed. Might be a different maker.Update: 9/2019 Ordered a 2nd 5oz. mug but a 3oz was sent. It’s very thin, lighter, with a rougher texture. There were obvious flaws with the finish work. Seems like someone else

Perfect cup for European-size cappuccino or lungo.
This is truly a beautiful handmade piece. I love the rustic look and feel of it. It’s strong and perfect for everyday. It’s great for my morning lungo coffee, about 4 oz. It has a capacity for at least 5 oz. I would definitely recommend it.

Excellent in every way!
For one, the mugs are an authentic piece of craftsmanship - very beautiful. If you like the product photos, you will love the cups when you receive them. Apart from that I can say that the customer service is personal and outstanding. If you think you buy this product from an artist and business who cares - you actually do! Highly recommended

This is MY cup. No one else touches it in this house
Despite what others say about the "fade", that is exactly what happens to this type of glaze, which will make each cup unique over time. I always hand wash to ensure it keeps its personality. The texture and weight feels like it's made of light wood. It makes a foamy espresso look very handsome indeed.

Wouldn’t recommend
Very rough feel, and and anything you put into it tastes terrible, even just water. I tried washing it by hand numerous times, but the taste always stayed.
