It's a good product that I take twice daily on an empty stomach along with Bromelain.

I would recommend this brand.
My experience has been positive with this vitamin brand. It's not Standard Process but Nutri cost is affordable, although the prices have been increasing. I would recommend this brand.

Do not use this product if you have MCAS.
While this is a very high quality product and was helping with what I was using for, I didn't realize at the time that I had become histamine intolerant and had to stop taking it.

My goodness, this stuff works!
I contracted a 'long' recurring cough from a bioengineered (aka 'gain of function') version of the Common Cold. Since my government funded Dr is prohibited from providing effective treatments (on pains of losing his employment) I researched and found that Nattokinase might help alleviate the long cough symptoms that I was suffering from. And this stuff actually helps! It causes me some drowsiness, so I have to limit my use to just before bed time, which is a bonus for me as I also have trouble sleeping!

Works way better than 81 mg nsaids, with no side effects. Great blood thinner for us older guys.
