Love it
This camera is really good. The quality of the picture is good. It does a great job of picking the sound and motion. The range on it is perfect for what we needed. And depending on the size memory card, the storage is great. We have one similar to it and they are really good products. Great buy.

Support???
Purchased the camera. First Amazon sent the wrong camera…it wasn’t the one pictured so had to send back and wait 2 days to get correct one.Not hard to install nor set up the link on phone and chromebook BUT could not get the motion detection to work. Emailed the “Contact Us if you have any questions “ on the side of the box only to get an email reply that “please notice we are not selling any hardware. We are not selling any cameras or earbuds”. That was it. Attempted to contact someone to get help setting it up thru Amazon help page. Was transferred 3 times until I was sent an email to contact the seller. Still waiting on that reply. Anyone have any advice?

I lied.
The camera itself was average night vision average. The sound which was the main reason I bought it was a complete let down. 1 minute the sound picks up everything the next silence. When you move the camera the sound goes in and out.

Good product
I really like the picture it shows and love the features it has but. The motion detection just sets off for every little thing. The 360 degree is awesome but it freezes and then u don’t catch the full video. So those are the draw backs. But. I do think I would buy it again.

Great Camera for its size and price
This is a standard wireless security camera that has alot of features. The only setback is the 5 second time delay and the scroll function on the pan & tilt. Signed up for 1 month subscription to cloud service for better motion detection

Good pic quality but hard to setup first time.
There are both pros and cons of this product. Pros:Camera build quality is awesome, very solid and weatherproof. Picture quality is pretty good too and it is HD indeed. Night sensor also works well and camera keeps working in dark or low light conditions.Cons:Mount is only single axis so you gotta figure out perfect angle prior to permanently installing it. The frustrating part is the phone app, very buggy and poor quality app. It is not easy to connect camera with the app at all. I noticed once you program the camera with app successfully and leave camera unpowered for a certain time the app loses all camera configuration and you have to do all over. I had to configure it more than four times between first unmounted testing and im fully functional state and each time its equally frustrating.App or camera does not recognize configuring through voice signal mathod so i was left with only one option to manually configure it.There is a latency of at leat 6-8 seconds between actual sean and update of phone app. I have tested multiple times and yes it took 6-8 seconds to show me the updated image. I am not sure if this latency is normal with all other cameras in the market. The instructions that come along with are not good enough.Over all from the price perspective, this product is not bad if you are a lil bit tech savy. For non techy folks the experience may be frustrating. And No I did not call their tech support so i dont know about how good they are.

Easy set up and clear images
We were looking for an outdoor camera to replace an older one that finally quit after 6 years. After a little research we landed this one and so far, we're very happy with it.Set up was similar to our old system, just needed to connect it to our router with the supplied Ethernet cable and downloaded the Ebitcam app. *FYI: Since this camera only operates on 2.4Ghz, you have to make sure your router signal is set to that. This camera can remain hardwire-connected via PoE (Power over Ethernet. Wired Ethernet LANs (local area networks) allows the electrical current necessary for the operation of your camera to be carried by the data cables rather than by power cords. Since we choose the WiFi option, we didn't need to keep our camera connected to the router (just for set up purposes). The results were really good as you can see by the attached pics. Daylight images are in colour and nighttime images are in black and white.A few notes:• You need to adjust your camera manually since this is not equipped with remote tilt/pan but it DOES have 4x zoom (remote)• You can remote view with more than one device - my wife and I can both use our smart phones (after installing the app and logging into the same account)• This not equipped with sound (like most cameras in this price range)• If you want to record any activity, you'll need an SD card (up to 128GB) or buy a compatible cloud storage box• I can confirm the motion detection was effective to around 60 feet which is pretty standard for these type of camerasBottom line, this was a good replacement for our old camera (minus all the bells & whistles), no hassle set-up, and quite affordable. Happy to recommend.

ALWAYS first attach ethernet cable to router- then connect to wifi. See my 2019 Update Below
Image clarity is good. Night vision could be better. I bought two ebitcam indoor cameras and they were great. I expected the same excellence from the outdoor camera. Unfortunately just ok product. The price was fair so I will keep. I deducted a star as no manual is included which was an issue with the indoor cams as well. There were pieces in the box I had no idea what they were. Tips on where to locate and what to avoid would have been nice also. 2019 Update ! 2 out of the 3 outdoor cameras quit working barely over a year after purchase. The one working cam does work with no issues however 2 out of 3 duds is a bit high from this brand. Highly recommend you pass on the Ebitcam outdoor cameras however all 3 of my indoor ebitcams work great after two years. Very disappointing that outdoor cameras don’t have the same quality

Software quirky, help unobtainable!
The camera has been up and running for about a month now.PROs: good daytime image, night vision reasonable, ability to schedule alert periods, selection of alarm tone etc. Android app works well.CONS: Only way to truly delete images from the SD card is to reformat it (the 'delete' function makes it look as though images/videos have been deleted, but if you reload/refresh the view, the files are all still there and memory is still consumed). Most instructions are inadequate - for instance, for wifi use, you *must* set it up by ethernet first, and then switch to wifi afterwards.Website information and help is inadequate. Trying to find an email/phone no. to contact them for help is impossible.Today, the app on my computer suddenly quit working - I uninstalled/reinstalled, but it is still coming up 'blank' - it can't even get to the login screen. There is no help for this kind of issue so currently my computer (main monitoring station) is unusable. Two stars is because the software is so buggy/quirky/no help from Ebitcam.com

Thumbnails don't load, no ONVIF, poor night vision
I've had 2 of these for about 6 months now. I found them fairly straightforward to get setup, and working out of the box, so no issues there. Both are loaded with 64GB SD cards, and set to record on motion detection. Motion detection Sensitivity is set to 80 daytime and 70 nighttime. There are plenty motion triggered false recordings, but it does catch everything I need when there is "action". IMO, too much is better than too little. The biggest issue with this is the SW and thumbnail issues making it too hard to review the recordings (more on that later). I like that it takes both a snapshot and video on the motion trigger. However, I would like to be able to change how long it records after a trigger. 64GB looks like more than enough space for this, am sure 16 or 32GB would have done just fine. The picture quality (daytime) is good, no issues here. The picture quality (night time) leaves alot to be desired, faces are washed out. If needed, I probably couldn't really identify anyone. Some very anonymous photos attached. Both cameras have strong wifi signal, and play live 1080p video and recordings smoothly. However, my biggest problem is that the thumbnails don't reliably load. I'm confident this isn't a network issue, because if a 1080p video can play, the the lower resolution thumbnails certainly should work. If I click the unloaded thumbnail to play the video, or open the snapshot those works OK. For me, this is the killer, because I have no way to quickly review the motion triggers from the day.The apps don't even try to cache the thumbnails. So if the thumbnails are coming in slowly, and you scroll down and then back up, the thumbs that were downloaded are gone ...I've used (A) Android Phone App (B) Windows Desktop App and (C) Web App. (A) and (C) both have the thumbnail issue. For me the Windows Desktop App stopped working. Am not sure why. I've done a full re-install but it basically just shows a blank screen. This isn't a huge issue since there are other options. The biggest deficiency on software is the lack on ONVIF support. This means I can't setup my own recording server and have to rely on what is provided by Ebitcam. As a result, my end summary if that the cameras do not meet my needs. I was planning to purchase more, and now I will not. I'll have to replace these two with something else instead.Pros- Easy setup- Good construction- Picture quality in daytime is good.- Motion detection recording works as neededCons- Thumbnails slow to load or never load.- Thumbnails aren't cached. So slow to load again after you scroll down/up.- Poor night vision- No ONVIF? Really?
