Great price in sale at time.Very well made and lightweight.Easy to use as upright or handheld. Even on stairs.Comfortable to use, no wrist discomfort. No back discomfort as the weight is low. This helps keep contact with floor.Buttons for power, suction, hand held release and fold down are sturdy.Brush roller, dirt container and filter have easy release for emptying and cleaning.Led motorised head.Picks up dirt really well including dog hair.May have to empty container more than once, but that's so hard.Battery life is great, even on full power setting. I can vacume whole house easily on one charge at full power.Charge time is as described.To me looks like, a very well high end brand B_ _ _ _ , but with far better additions and functions. Even at normal price.Great as a main or a quick run around vacume. Considering the cost of hand held vacuums. Even compared to cheaper grade D_ _ _ _ _.I would recommend highly !!!

So far so good. Easy to put together, even for a reluctant duffer like me in this field. Weight is very important. I wanted a cordless vacuum with the motor situation lower down the column / handle, as with my current Bosch, which sadly seems to be no longer available. Other brands with the motor at hand level are too heavy and unwieldy. This Hisesnse model seems to tick all the boxes, except that the method for removing the dust container is less convenient than with my other one. Hence only 4 stars overall.

We bought this to replace our ‘upstairs’ vacuum which had ceased to work properly. This one is so good. The suction is brilliant, long running time. It’s very solid & I would use it as my main vacuum if my other one packed up. The DETACHABLE battery lasts for 70 mins on low mode (hard floors). Had an issue with the LED indicator lights on the battery but I contacted HISENSE & they resolved the issue with no fuss saving me the hassle of returning the entire vacuum to Amazon. Terrific customer service. We’ve had a Hisense TV for a couple of years & ate very pleased with it. Good quality brand & value for money.

Purchased as a cheap stopgap while our Miele cleaner is being repaired.Pros:- Main cleaner unit generally seems physically well built and designed considering the very low cost- Dust canister quite simple to empty without mess- Self-standing design for easy storage (no screwing charger to wall etc required)- Headlight on brush head nice to have- 2 in 1 functionality potentially useful- Removable and potentially replaceable batteryCons:- Suction quite poor so needs to be run on high power mode, which then drains the battery quickly- Brush head seems very poor, with insufficient power to run over low pile rugs causing it to turn itself off. Also rattly and noisy over hard surfaces- Slow charging and charger/cable feels very flimsy- Noisy on high power modeAll in all it seems you get what you pay for and it’s probably worth spending a bit more for better performance.

I'm not sure about this. I'd say it's good for an older person as it's light but if they were to use the part to clean the car it's to bulky. Suction is no way as good as my Dyson or shark. But battery life is good. I'm still in two minds to return it

This is my first experience of a cordless vacuum, so I have nothing to compare it to. Its super lightweight for the average person and easy to use. The suction seems to be pretty good and the motorised brush is fantastic at collecting hair. Due to its small capacity for collecting dirt, you will be emptying it and removing hair more often than not, but I only see that as a positive as its obviously doing its job very well and the onus is on you to keep it well maintained. You can purchase basically every part under spares on the hisense website, and most are fairly priced apart from the battery, and this is my only gripe. The battery costs as much as a new vacuum so gives you very little incentive to keep the planet free from avoidable excess trash In the landfills

Ideal for elderly or frail people

Smart, compact and works well on carpet and hard floors. Good suction and light enough to carry up and downstairs (even for an OAP with health issues) Has to be emptied quite frequently but its a simple operation. Very pleased !!
