So expensive, but I’m now hooked to the wonderful taste!
Great taste with a wonderful fiery kick. I use it in various dishes, but it is sooo expensive for what basically is a small sachet of chilli paste. However, the taste is wonderful and I love it. There is no doubt I will order it again because I’m now hooked!

Love this paste
It's so fresh and zingy. I knocked a star off for the price being such a small pot. Love this mixed into coleslaw or mayo for salads.

this is a superb condiment
I learnt about it through the Guardian food website. It is a superb condiment to be added to raw sashimi. Subtle combination of the yuzu (a mix of lemon and tangerine) and green chilies. Highly addictive piece of advanced molecular cuisine.

Lovely flavour, just don't use too much!
If you don't know about Yuzu it is a wonderful tasting Japanese Citrus fruit that is used in extensively in the food and beauty industries (bath salts, soaps, balms etc) This product flavour combination which is slightly balanced in favour of the Yuzu, makes a great addition to fish or chicken in a rice or pasta dish. Adding just half a teaspoon to the fish sauce (for 2-3 people) transforms an otherwise ordinary pasta dish. Adding too much will overpower most ingredients so be careful. Recommended

Tastes amazing
Tastes amazing, has lots of flavour, nice packaging. But I think it's a bit expensive, could be better value for money.
