Moringa is good and I have been taking it for some time ... this product is supposedly pure Moringa without any added chemicals. I take it to help with digestion and inflammation and it does help!

It is hard to put into words. I purchased this to treat so many things. I did massive research on me and my spouses issues. Without explaining to much personal detail, I will keep it simple. DOSE that i decided for us: 1 capsule. 3xs a week. caution: capsules are very 'grass' smelling and tasting. LIBIDO. him and her. from 0 drive to 'hello!' within 2 weeks. Explanation: I had to find something for Low T that did not effect the heart. DHEA and other testosterone supplements all effected the heart. I had a hysterectomy - worked for me too. ANTIOXIDANTS AND DIGESTION: YES. It did make a difference after the first week without diarrhea. However, It does make your stomach growl with hunger sometimes and sometimes your just not hungry. GLUCOSE Blood levels. YES. I have diabetes. I would say yes it helps, but I also take cinnamon chromium and detox tea. I have lost 6 pounds every 3 weeks with this arrangement. I can't get enough of Moringa. This stuff is good. My personal favorite is King Moringa, but this particular brand is not a bad buy for the price. Personally through regular use of this, I've experienced sustained energy throughout the day, improved digestion, great endurance and stamina at the gym and just an overall feeling of good health and well being. I think it's also helped me keep my blood sugar levels in check. I don't do this very often, but I've particularly noticed this supplement provides good support in my system whenever I've skipped a meal. Probably because of the excellent nutrition it packs. I take four in the morning with breakfast or sometimes on an empty stomach and another four in the afternoon with my meal a couple of hours before hitting the gym. I've also sometimes taken some an hour or two before bed, whenever I've forgotten to take it in the afternoon and it does not affect my sleep. I've recommended Moringa to all of my friends and family without hesitation.

I’m very surprised at how fast these seem to work ! I’ve been struggling with awful fatigue from perimenopause & also side effects from an increase in dosage of Lexapro. I’ve had the kind of fatigue that makes it almost impossible to get out of bed & function. It’s a bad feeling. I chose this brand because I noticed that other brands say ‘ moringa leaf equivalent ‘ & I wanted the real deal. It also has a good price. I notice an increase in energy already, nothing insane, but just a nice, natural energy & I can get out of bed easier & be more productive throughout the day.
