Beautiful look and super comfy
These chairs were a bit difficult to assemble but once put together they are very sturdy They are super comfortable to sit on.

love the chair but did not get what i ordered
love the chair but did not get what i ordered. I ordered the chair with arms, which i guess is the same order number as the one without the arms. Chair is solid though

Horrible Customer Service
The chairs themselves are alright. Unfortunately, one of them came with a wrong piece so we are unable to put it together. We contacted customer service for a replacement piece. They needed our receipt, a description of the piece we needed and a photo. We supplied them with all of these and they told us they needed to "review" our case to see if they can replace it. We weren't asking for a new chair, just a small piece of wood the correct size so we can put the legs together; we don't even have a problem shipping back the offending piece. We received the email where they said they were going to look into it two months ago and have heard absolutely nothing back.

Impossible to assemble
The drilled holes do not line up, and could not assemble!. Do not buy!

Easy to assemble.
These chairs are very pretty and quite easy to assemble. Was disappointed that every stool we ordered which was 6 all has some scratches and marks on them. Luckily I had touch up pens to fill in the flaws otherwise I would have gave 5 stars. If you order more than 2 they won’t ship together either.

Easy assembly and amazing customer service!
Super easy to assemble and well made. Very happy with our purchase! We bought 2 benches and a set of chairs to go with the table. When we noticed one of the chairs had a chunk out of one of the back rails upon opening the box, we contacted the company. They immediately shipped out a replacement part and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Thank you OJ Commerce!

I like the chairs pretty well
I like the chairs pretty well, and it did take a bit of time to put them together. My only complaint is that they wobble a little bit when they are put together. It can be easily corrected with felt pads on the bottoms of the legs.
