Weak lights.
Weak lights. Unsuitable for my growing needs. May be used as supplemental light but doesn't even beat the sunlight from the window. I believe this type of light is better suited for an aquarium or terrarium. In the attached pictures, the Mocent light is compared to another two-headed lamp, by Ppunson, sold at a similar price point. EDIT: On the second picture, the difference in growth is clearly visible between two identical Eggplant Ophelia seedlings, planted and sprouted at the same time, in the same medium, with the same amount of fertilizer, at the same soil temperature.- The Ppunson is brighter, but is more direct like a beam of light aiming at the plant. I was looking forward to using a more spread out lighting with the Mocent, but it is not bright enough.- The Ppunson gets quite hot, which can end up burning seedlings if there isn't enough distance between the lamp and the seedlings, while the Mocent stays cool to the touch.- The Mocent is powered through a USB, which plugs into a wall plug that takes USB, such as a phone charger (it comes with it). The Ppunson is a regular plug.- Both models have a dual on/off switch so each head has its own. The Mocent has two brightness settings, I and II, which are both weak. On the attached pictures, the heads are both set on the highest setting.- The clamps work great on both models, they are nice and sturdy and hold well. The Ppunson lamp heads are quite heavy, however, and it can cause them to sag towards the plants while the Mocent does not have that problem.- Packaging wise, the Mocent beats the Ppunson by a mile, as the Ppunson is shipped as-is in a cardboard box, resulting in the metal showing some scratches, while the Mocent has each head individually wrapped with packing material to avoid the lamps from being damaged.

LED is actually 8.75W
Update 9/7/17Minus another star for:One of the LED just went bad. It can only be set to the LOW setting, and that's after multiple turning on and off.Original:Minus 1st star for:- The light is not strong at all. When compare to an spotlight version, the light intensity is very dim.- Plants are not growing as fast when compare to the spotlight version. Using a spotlight, the plants grew to ~6" in two weeks. With this LED system, not even 3"Minus 2nd star for- The supplied USB AC adapter starts to hum when both LED is set to high- The supplied USB AC adapter starts getting real hot when both LED is set to high. Using a IR thermometer, the case temperature read 60CMinus 3d start for- Misleading advertisement. The description says it's a 18W LED system. Using an USB current meter, the total draw when both LED at high is [email protected], or 8.75W.- The system cannot possibly 18W, the included USB charger is rated for 5V@2A, or 10WOne more con:- The seller said they would send a replacement USB AC adapter, well, 2 weeks later, still nothing.

Great!
Works! All lights were functional on arrival, never gets too hot, and the light is soft enough to stay on all day if necessary. The switches allow for high, low, and off, but I can barely tell the difference between high and low. Overall, nicely built, though the light tubs are plastic and feels a bit flimsy while rotating to the correct angles. I have noticed significant growth of my pepper plants that I keep mainly indoors.

The light is really easy to set up
The light is really easy to set up. I live in a dorm in WA. So there it's a lot of space nor sunshine all the time, but it fits really nicely above my desk. For now, I am using it on my new herb starters and my cactus and everything seems to be going well. The herbs are just popping up and my cactus has been showing more color than usually. I bought a 2-year warranty on the light because I read in the comments that sometimes it stops working after a month or someone when people get it the light doesn't work properly. The light worked when it arrived and it still working after a week of use and you can definitely tell the high setting from the low setting.

they sag
There isnt much space between them when they are stretched out and when you do stretch them out they kind of sag by the time you get home from work, i recommend getting something a little more expensive and better quality.

Didn't seem to help my plants grow at all. ...
Didn't seem to help my plants grow at all. All the plants ended up dying and we had to replant some and put them outside to keep them alive. Not sure if it was just me doing it wrong or the lights bt this was the main source of light for the plants,

A great product, you can control both lights seperately
A great product, you can control both lights seperately, high light or low light, and can clamp it to any object to make it so you can put your plants anywhere using the light. My only small complaint is they are slightly heavy, so it makes it hard to be able to put it at any angle without it being to "heavy" and the light falls down slightly. It's manageable and great quality. Definitely recommend it.

Cool grow gadget, could use stronger necks!
Very neat little dual-head clip light. Soft, even light, red & blue alternating along the strips. Only negative is that the gooseneck heads aren't as strong as necessary to hold the heads straight out. They are difficult to set in place, and have a tendency to drop down over time. Other than that, I have no complaints thus far.
