Brings down bad cholesterol
Love this stuff it really works to bring down my bad cholesterol while protecting my heart.

Great natural remedy-100% works.
100% worked for me! My doctor put me on a cholesterol medication in 2023. I did not like the side effects, the brain fog was terrible. I told my doctor that I was no longer taking them and decided to try a natural medicine. In 2 years my cholesterol has dropped 25 points, and the other 2 cholesterol numbers have also dropped. I take 2 every evening. They are easy to swallow with absolutely no side effects. Itโs a 60 day supply, approx. $12 a month. Great product, great value.

Brought my cholesterol numbers down naturally!
As a heart patient, keeping cholesterol in check is important. Rather than taking a statin, I take these twice a day. They're easy to swallow, no taste and they've effectively kept me healthy. Good quality at an excellent price!

These are excellent! Best I've tried.
My doctor has been trying to put me on a statin for a few years now. I keep fighting her on it because of the negative side effects. I've been told by multiple women that they went on Red East rice and it was very successful with getting their cholesterol numbers back to a good spot. I always had a hard time swallowing the pills. My body doesn't always accept medication, but my body immediately knew this was a good thing. It hasn't been long enough to notice if it's improved. My cholesterol count but it definitely feels like I'm on track. Spoke with a veterinarian friend of mine and she said if you have trouble swallowing pills, take them with marshmallows. The texture of the marshmallow helps you swallow. You are welcome.

๐๐ผ Excellent RYR Results
I am pleased with the results of this Red Yeast Rice product. I went in for my annual cardiology checkup in June 2026 and was disappointed by my lab results, although they werenโt entirely surprising given the stress I had been under while recovering from surgery, along with poor diet and lifestyle habits and a lack of exercise. My provider recommended starting a statin right away, but I decided I wasnโt ready to begin prescription medication yet. Instead, I wanted to first make significant changes to my diet, lifestyle, and exercise routine and see what impact those changes could have on my numbers. I purchased red yeast rice and began taking two capsules every evening after dinner (because the liver makes more cholesterol overnight). I also started walking every day for at least 30โ45 minutes. I eliminated caffeine completely cold turkey because I had learned that it can interfere with the absorption of supplements and nutrients. In all honesty, this was probably the most brutal part about this entire experience, however proud to say after the first three weeks of withdrawal Iโve been caffeine free since June. I also spent time learning more about supplement timing, when to take my vitamins and digestive enzymes for optimal absorption and which supplements or foods to pair them with. I did not have any reaction to this RYR while others have stated otherwise. The company also does not disclose if the product has citrinin (a contaminant that can damage the kidneys) although I found listings for this exact Natureโs Craft product that describe it as โcitrinin free,โ and the product is advertised as third-party tested. However, I did not find a manufacturer-published certificate of analysis (COA) for this specific lot/batch. But the biggest game changer for me was my diet. I started an elimination-style diet and identified a group of foods that worked well for me. I rotated these foods repeatedly for breakfast, lunch, and dinner while avoiding foods I believed were contributing to inflammation or symptoms. I significantly reduced foods such as fried foods, sugars and sweets, fast food, and most meats, with chicken and fish being the exceptions. I also limited foods I was trying to avoid because of histamine and acid/silent reflux concerns, including dairy, cheese, avocados, eggplant, and tomatoes. I didnโt completely eliminate carbohydrates, but I ate them much more sparingly. I followed this routine consistently from June through September 2026, when I had my next set of labs. The changes in the numbers were certainly eye-opening. My results improved substantially across several measurements, but I also recognize that there were many variables involvedโdiet, daily walking, caffeine elimination, supplement timing, weight or other lifestyle changes, and the red yeast rice itself. Because of that, I canโt attribute the improvement to red yeast rice alone. Know that RYR contains monacolin K, which is chemically identical to lovastatin, a prescription statin. However, the amount of monacolin K can vary considerably between products, and in the United States it generally is not listed on the label, meaning some products may contain very little while others may contain pharmacologically meaningful amounts. As a result, it is difficult to know exactly how much statin-like medication you are actually taking. In contrast, prescription statins contain a precisely measured dose and are manufactured under standardized quality controls. Different statins have different potencies, but moderate-intensity statin therapy generally lowers LDL cholesterol by about 30โ49%, while high-intensity therapy aims for a reduction of 50% or more. Unlike red yeast rice, prescription statins also have extensive randomized clinical-trial evidence demonstrating reductions in heart attacks, strokes, and other cardiovascular events. Most people tolerate statins well, but possible side effects include muscle aches, soreness, or weakness; headache, nausea, diarrhea, constipation, or other stomach upset; and elevated liver enzymes on blood tests, although serious liver injury is very rare. Statins can also cause a small increase in blood sugar and the risk of developing type 2 diabetes, particularly in people who already have risk factors such as prediabetes or metabolic syndrome. Rarely, statins can cause severe muscle injury (rhabdomyolysis), which can damage the kidneys. Some people also report memory problems or confusion, although these effects are uncommon and should be discussed with a healthcare professional. Red yeast rice, when it contains a meaningful amount of monacolin K, can cause essentially the same statin-type side effects, including muscle aches or weakness, muscle injury that rarely progresses to rhabdomyolysis and kidney damage, liver injury, digestive symptoms such as nausea, diarrhea, or stomach pain, and drug interactions that can increase the risk of muscle or liver problems. Some people may experience side effects while others may not, depending on factors such as their individual medical and genetic history. I recommend doing your own research before taking this supplement and discussing it with your healthcare provider. Some providers may be open to discussing or recommending supplements, while others may be more cautious about products that are not FDA-approved or regulated in the same way as prescription medications. Ultimately, itโs important to consider the available information, discuss your options with your provider, and make the decision that is best for you. I highly recommend getting a set of baseline labs before you begin RYR, then follow up 3 months later to really see if (all) the changes you are making are worthwhile. Remember, no supplement alone will cure you of your symptoms/disease. For me, this experience has been encouraging and has shown me how much lifestyle changes can potentially influence my lab results. Iโm looking forward to having another set of labs in a few months so I can continue monitoring the trend and see whether these improvements are sustained using RYR and lifestyle modifications.
