Incredibly noisy.
Seems well built but it’s incredibly noisy on any speed setting and there’s not much difference between the speed settings either.

Solid Construction and Works Great
We bought this to use on our patio, which gets really hot during the day. This fan has totally improved our ability to enjoy our patio during the hot summer months here in South Florida.

Not made in USA
When locked into non moving position will eventually move and motor speeds up and slows down. Researched before buying to make sure where made and everything I found said made in USA. DEFINITELY not made in USA. Motor says made in China.

Great quality and outstanding customer support
This fan is super heavy duty, very good quality. Can't say enough about how outstanding their customer support is. It's a family run company that actually cares. They answer right away and find ways to help with any problem. We had a new PFO-30 outdoor fan on a pedestal get knocked over (hard to do since they are heavy) and damaged, and they have gone above and beyond to help us, they emailed and even called right away. Ahhhh, it's like the good old days when companies cared about their products and customers!!
