Review for Rise Pea Protein Bar - Chocolatey Coconut | Breakfast Bar & Protein Snack: It is sweetened naturally, no weird artificial sugars listed. All the ingredients have healthy nutritional value. As a vegetarian, I think this product tastes good. It is made with carob but tastes like chocolate. If a person is looking for a candy like taste, this breakfast bar does not taste like a candy bar. I like the fact that it gives my family an easy, healthy start to the morning without needing to cook something. The protein content allows all my family to feel satisfied until lunch time.

Good flavor and filling. A little chalky, but to be expected with pea protein

These rise bars are by far the worst tasting food I’ve ever bitten into. I only had bite n I couldn’t get it down without wanting to vomit. It had the consistency of moist sawdust with a few grainy texture. Drinking plenty of liquids still hasn’t gotten the disgusting taste in my mouth n throat. It’s non returnable n refundable ugh! I should have stuck to the honey almond bars I always get. So much for trying something that was described as good. Yuck n yuck again.

I am a chocolate lover but can no longer tolerate it, unfortunately, so I look for carob options as a replacement. I really enjoy carob and find that it satisfies my chocolate cravings. I also try to eat a healthy diet and minimize toxins, so all of that combined makes it a bit challenging to find products that taste good and that are healthy. In particular, finding protein bars that have a chocolatey flavor using carob, but do not have a bunch of sugar and junk in them has been rather challenging. There are a few of them out there, and some of them are really good. Unfortunately, the Rise ones are not very tasty. They are pretty dry, and there's a weird sour type aftertaste. I did find them more palatable by putting a scoop of carob-hazelnut spread on top first, and that worked okay.

These are the best pea protein bars I've ever had! I love that they dont have many ingredients! Ive ordered these a few times and they have always been soft and chewy. I tried the lemon flavor and couldn't get them down, but these chocolate coconut are fantastic!

These bars are healthy, delicious, and filling. They are a great protein option, low sugar content. all natural; no additives.

I've been purchasing this for months now. When I first purchased them the we moist and tasted decent for a protein bar. Slowly have seen the quality decrease. This batch is very dry and difficult to swallow. to expensive for the quality of what you receive. You can never be sure what you are going to bite into. Latest box of lemon cashew, I’ve had dry crumbly and so sour to moist and pleasant lemon flavor. Please work on consistency

Don’t buy it. It tastes terrible and they won’t return it

These chocolatey coconut Rise bars are way too sweet although they are still delicious. If they were with pea powder rather than pea protein and with less coconut nectar and minus the coconut flakes and cashew pieces but with a bit more cashew butter or coconut manna, they would also not be as dry. As they are, they are terribly sweet according to my taste buds. Five stars for the delicious chocolatey flavour and for being gluten and wheat free and clean but not for sweetness.
