This product has given significant effects after using it for just about 1 week now. I got the supplements for my father who is currently low in blood sugar levels and this is because he hasnt been eating enough food that helps to produce iron or good energy levels. After a week of consuming this supplement he's been eating well, has good energy levels, his finger nails look more like a childs nails (so clean and pink now - it was brownish blue before).
