I 1st ordered a size 7 based off the sizing chart method provided, they were too small. Ended up ordering a size 8 which fit perfectly on my 8.5 foot. Sizing is an individual fit, I say try your size 1st and gauge from there whether you need to go up or down in size. They fit great! They just arrived so I haven't skated with them yet and I'm a novice so I don't whether to have them sharpened or not. I'm going to ask the seller. Once I skate on them I'll adjust my rating. Everything else - style, comfort, packaging & fit are 4 stars!Anyone with expertise feel free to view my photos and chime in on skate sharpening - necessary or no?

We have used these a few times so far and my daughter said they are comfortable and keep her feet warm. She like the way they look and has no complaints so far.

Got these for my 5 year old granddaughter and she was skating on her own the first day. Comfortable good support and easy to put on.

These arrived with a label on them that clearly identified them as Ladies skates. We followed the online sizing guide and ended up ordering a size too small. Thanks to Amazon return policy, we just returned them and ordered a size bigger and life is good (shoe size = ladies 8.5 or 9, skate size that fit was a ladies 9. Note that I have a wide foot which made the ladies size 9 skate fit best.)

My son have one of this, they are very comfortable, then bought another one for my husband. As good as the previous. Highly recommend
