Perfect just what I needed already reduced inflammation of my foot good arch support was able to cut down to my size to fit

These feel quite sturdy and are comfortable and supportive. Easy to make minor adjustments to size and shape with a pair of scissors if necessary. Got to be honest, they're much better than the original insoles they're replacing. I'll update the review if they struggle to cope with my sweaty feet, but so far I'm impressed.

Very good quality, have helped force an arch back into my foot and ease the plantar pain. Worth the money. Very thick cushioning, easy to fit. Would recommend.

They seem to be well constructed and the build in arch support so far are easing my symptoms . They are relatively comfortable and come with clear instructions for use . You need to trim to size but come with a cardboard template to help you achieve the best result . Be careful easy not to see the template in the box . I’ve order another pair .

May not be for everyone but work well for my wife. The quality is good but try one set as a tester.

Not convinced. I have excessive pronation (my flat feet make it look like my knees meet) and I was hoping for real support. I feel these are too soft to help much. I'm not young and am 78kilos, but I can already, after 30 minutes, feel them simply conforming to my bias. I will update this, but my initial feeling is that they might make a difference to a child who was starting out wrong, but for an adult they are not in any way corrective by dint of simply not being strong enough. Well made, but you could just stick socks in your boots, frankly.

Excellent quality material. Easy to fit. Gives good support. Gives choice to adjust to your correct footwear. Value for money although not necessarily important the overall quality and suitability is. Would recommend

I've been wearing these since they arrived. Slightly slippery feeling for first few hours but that newness dissipates fast and I find great comfort from them above what the orthodist gave me. Orthodist insoles are far too hard and when your metatarsal fat pads have deteriorated you desperately need soft but supportive insoles that don't cause metatarsal pain with every step. These are much better than anything else I have, so I'm very happy for now. Thank you.

Utilisées dans des chaussures de sécurité suite à des douleurs sous la voute plantaire car beaucoup de marche, elles sont parfaites. Moins voir plus de douleurs . Un bon maintien du pied et confortables. Achat validé par mon conjoint

Para mi han sido muy cómodas y resistentes. Yo peso 150 kilos y creo que es un buen test para las plantillas. Llevo 6 meses con ellas y por ahora perfectas. Utilizadas para caminar, elíptica y el poco deporte que hago.
