Works great with straight talk
Works great with straight talk, in great shape. Battery life could be better and the art apps are annoying. Beyond that, for an unlocked carrier phone, I love it.

Known boot loop problem, stay way from the LG V10, nothing but headaches.
This phone really caught my attention...the design, the processor, the screen, the camera, it checked a lot of boxes. I didn’t need the latest and greatest and I took a chance moving from a Galaxy S4 (it was a significant upgrade).Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality and fit / finish. It didn’t look like other flagships and I liked it! I charged it up and turned it on only to be bombarded by AT&T bloat-ware on an unlocked phone...ridiculous. Carriers, I don’t want your apps, especially on an unlocked device.Next, let’s do an OS update...oh wait, I can’t do that because if you are not on an AT&T network, you can not update the phone. So much for buying an unlocked phone. Part of that is my fault, I guess I should have looked into it further before buying. I accepted that and moved on.I got the phone set up to my liking and was enjoying it. The large screen was fantastic and I actually loved having the small second screen showing me upcoming events from my calendar. I used it regularly for 2 months until the phone decided to turn off and never turn back on. I read up online and found out that this phone has a boot loop problem (due to faulty hardware) and almost everyone of these phones will be affected eventually. Nothing fixes this issue except a new motherboard. All was not lost thought (so I thought)...I called LG and set up a warranty claim. The phone showed as having a factory warranty that had been extended to a full 2 years (LG admitting to the boot loop problem?). Great, it was a hassle, but it was going to be fixed. I paid for extra shipping to get it back quicker and sent it in.3 days later I get a call from LG telling me that the warranty claim was being denied and was not fixable. The claim was being denied due to the phone having non-oem parts...wait I bought a factory sealed phone...this is weird. Days of talking to different people and their managers and LG was expecting me to pay an additional fee to get the phone returned (so that I could get a refund from Amazon, thanks Prime Membership). LG customer service was worthless and rude and the seller on Amazon is a fraud. I cannot believe how LG treated a new customer to their products and left me high and dry paying over $50 to have a broken phone returned as they were holding it hostage...Needless to say, LG, if this was known problem...as they admitted by extending the warranty, then don't keep fixing the phones with the same bad parts that were originally installed...replace it with something that was designed correctly and take care of your customers. I will never buy another LG product as the customer service experience was so bad, that no product is ever worth that amount of exhausting phone conversations with people who only know how to read off of a screen. What happened to helping customers? The phone was unknowingly doomed before I ever ordered it and my only saving grace is that Amazon is taking care of me.The seller should be removed from Amazon and LG service should be shamed for being so bad. LG holding my device hostage for a so called “diagnostic fee” that was never preformed as the device would not boot is crazy. They claim that because I signed the consent form required for service (part of that agrees to a fee if it can not be fixed), that I have to pay the fee. However, I had already paid $30 for expediting (which never happened) and that was never returned. $50 spent on a phone that could not be fixed and has taken over 2 weeks to be returned (not back yet).Never buy the LG V10...it is a beautifully designed paperweight made worse by bad sellers (not Amazon directly) and terrible OEM customer service. Rant over.I have purchased a Moto G5+ as a replacement and I am thrilled with the hardware and software!

So Worth It
Just received this phone. New condition with everything in the box. It shipped very fast. And I am in love with this phone. This phone feels like a premium phone and runs LG smooth. LG phones are underrated but run far superior to a lot of other "popular" phones. I would definitely recommend this phone. The battery life is awesome. I am running it on Cricket , popped my SIM card out of previous phone and put it into this one and it was ready to go. Great phone!

Worst Purchase EVER!
This was two of the worst purchases I've made...ever. I bought 2 phones for friends living in the Caribbean. Upon the first week of purchase, one of the phone battery was not working so I replaced and had a new one sent. Now both phones are not working. One of the phones battery depletes easily, even if charged all night expect a 1.5-2 hr usage. The other phone now crashes and needs a fully reset each time it crashes. It was a complete waste of money and time.
