Too much honey almost 80 %
Taste is ok but it contains lot of honey which is ultimately sugar. For 435 ml it contains 340 g honey which is whopping high for sugar sensitive person.

Very quality product.
Very good and quality product. Night time when I have use it and take it after 10 minites will go a sound sleep.

Authentic Ayurvedic Preparation..
Im highly grateful to Kerala Ayurveda for NOT adding chemical preservatives in their preparations... As then it wont have its effect as prescribed.Kerala Ayurveda truly preserves Indian Ayurveda Tradition.

plastic bottle-DO NOT BUY
Extremely disappointed that this product is in a plastic bottle. It has self generating alcohol and keeping in a plastic container is not idea. Highly disappointed that it cannot be returned also. I request someone from the company to contact me -
