As someone who's used Olly Sleep gummies religiously for a long time for sleep problems, i've been trying to find other brands that are cheaper with nearly the same ingredients/makeup, and these really fit the bill and EVEN taste just as good (with a different flavor)!Would certainly recommend these to anyone I know down the line, because most other brands i've tried to get to cut down on costs haven't worked as well as these.

Easy to eat and effective in helping you to sleep

I like to be as chemical-free and natural as possible. I try to wind down an hour and a half before bed with 5-htp and some chamomile tea, and then sometimes 1 of these gummies (if I need it). I have a very hard time getting to sleep and staying asleep. If I haven’t given myself time for the first two steps, I will take 2 of these and they get me to sleep within 30-45mins without fail. That’s saying a lot for me because I’ve tried everything short of an Ambien haha.Fun fact for other restless sleepers: Zinc, I recently found out, helps you stay sleep, and I have to say I think it’s working! One night I slept 6hrs straight! It was glorious.With these two being a part of my nightly routine, I can finally get some rest… thank you Hello Bello! I know that sounded corny, but I am truly grateful :) I haven’t slept this well in years lol.

The seal came pre opened. I still tried one gummy and spit it out because it tasted so gross. It tasted like black licorice.not sure if they work since I couldn’t even finish one gummy and don’t want to try again considering the deal was broke (could be contaminated). Very disappointing considering I really like this brand for my baby products but definitely won’t be repurchasing these gummies.
