Seeing is believing—although I'm still looking
To at least my own satisfaction, I've proved the fabric itself effective. Upon opening the package, I sandwiched my smartphone between single layers of this garment. Nearly instantly, the smartphone's reception bars dropped from their maximum of five down to one—a level where my service usually doesn't even work. Repeating this test a few times, I duplicated the results each time. The garment's large holes for legs and torso must compromise the overall shielding from ambient waves. Still, the garment may substantially shield my genitals from my own electronics' direct emissions when I have my smartphone in my pants pocket and, occasionally, not on airplane mode, or when I carry other wireless equipment at my hips. And yet, all things considered, I might return the product, pricey. To maximize shielding, the garment ought to span more surface area. Although I generally do prefer such lowrise waistbands, EMF shielding is not the occasion for that, or for such short inseams, typical of boxers. Also, the active fabric, delicate and slick, causes two nuisances for me: chronic snagging on objects and, as I walk, my pants inching downward. The entire garment ought to be encased in sheer cotton. Altogether, particularly amid marketplace competition, the product's design may lack the foresight to justify its price that I paid, 73 USD.

These are my favorite
I have tried about 5 different types of radiation blocking underwear and these are my favorite. They are expensive, but I find myself always reaching for these over the other ones. They also have a little more space for the male anatomy than a lot of the other brands. Runs a little small.

Does what it says!!
I used an emf reader to gage how well these boxers work and they do. The cell call would not connect when wrapped in this material. It wanted to (gives off emf when trying to connect but nothing as high of a reading as without it) connect but these shorts blocked the signal!

Better to be protected than sorry!
The boxers textile got some spots/areas of discoloration after washing... Otherwise, the boxers shielding well against EMF.

Does not block cell phone radiation. False advertisement. ...
Does not block cell phone radiation. False advertisement. Try calling your cell after wrapping it completely in the fabric. It will still ring. With true silver fabric, that does not happen.

Love these! My only complaint is that it's just a little short on the leg :)
