I honestly don't know if its crystal or different stones, but it is very well made

Honestly? As long as your not worshipping the stones and sag or putting them before God then I think your okay. He just wants us to be the best we can. If using a worry stone or some sage helps us stress or worry less, I think the good man upstairs is ok with it. He made is imperfect, he knows we will make mistakes. . Hope this helps
