I have been using two three times a week. Had dental work while I was in Costa Rica for a fraction of cost here. They were bleached, so, wanted to continue to keep them looking brighter and this product works great. It is a good price and easy to use..Even better since I have my own dental trays!

It was painful and my gums hurt
It wants you to do 3 consecutive 12-15 min treatments back to back everyday. It was painful and my gums hurt. I changed it to just one a day and putting the gel on my teeth with a Q-tip. I think I do notice a slight difference.

Don’t see much of a difference
I tried this out for a while but don’t really see a difference. The paste tastes AWFUL.

DO NOT BUY
I ordered this teeth whitening product which I have used in the past and when I opened the package the syringes had exploded and the gel was black. Mind you, the gel inside the syringe is supposed to be clear. I will never purchase this product again off of Amazon. I have used it after purchasing off of Groupon before with much better luck. The product itself is fantastic but the way it was delivered to me was disgusting and I couldn't even use it because I wasn't sure what the black stuff was and if it would be toxic to put in my mouth.

Great teeth whitening product
Nice product. It works great. I don't use it as a daily part of my dental hygiene. About, once a month. I'm not trying to get a perfect white teeth, but if someone is. This will definitely help. The only thing I do differently is to apply whitening gel with a Q-tip. To avoid irritating my gums. And, the price point is right up my alley.

Same quality as my dentist for a small fraction of the price
I was paying $300 to get my teeth whitened at the dentist and then I found this kit. It gives me the same results for 1/20th of the price. So glad to have it -- it makes a real difference.

It's not that painful
I can honestly say my teeth look ALOT whiter after two times using it.But the gel does kinda gives a burning sensation But as they say no pain no gain . It's not that painful though
