Leaks horribly from day one - I bought two based on the reviews and have regretted it! - BOTH leaked Amazon told me to contact the seller and they have given me the runaround. Not even sure they are reading my complaint as they are calling my lunchboxes "backpacks" - they have order numbers and full descriptions yet they refuse to honor their warranty. Would NEVER recommend such a company for anything.

China - can't keep anything cold since it leaks horribly. Tourit is horrible to deal with and that's probably because they are not local. Amazon won't help with returns, either.

How long does it keep food cold?

Kind of hard to keep food cold when it leaks so badly. Wish Amazon would honor the sales warranty, but they make you go to the manufacture. I would not have bought this item in the first place had I known that. BUYER BEWARE!!
