Does it display expiration dates, if so what is it?

No, it does not have an expiration date that I could find on the can…I looked very closely. But I did read that the recommendation is to keep refrigerated to keep flavor/aroma fresh!

6 but I didn't received what I ordered, I received the cinnamon flavored and it was not what I ordered.

Does not dissolve. What am I doing wrong?

I make a delicious pot of cowboy coffee with it. Big pot on stove full of boiling water and this coffee. Brew then strain before you serve. It is not instant, it doesn’t dissolve. But makes such a tasty cup!
