Great for non-jittery energy. I avoid caffeine without it as I’m quite sensitive to it but have 0 problems with this. Recommend if you are caffeine sensitive but feel like you need the energy.

If you want a caffiene kick without the energy drinks, then these are great,and super cheap too with how many you get. I use these for my night shifts and they keep me going with no crash at the end.

Nice boost of focus and energy with these. Great for a pre workout or midday energy. I’m 16 stone and 1 seemed to be a good starting dose.

These are a strong 5 stars for me as the most recent ones I have used which were brilliant in terms of effectiveness were also 250mg theanine per capsule but came in a pack of 30 and yet were more expensive so these are great value. Again am very happy with how effective these are and just one is enough for me to get a noticeable calmness and slightly serene mindset with a noticeable drop in anxiety in difficult or stressful situations where you would otherwise feel overwhelmed or anxious. Great to have handy for anytime you feel a situation is going to cause you stress or discomfort as this really helps you to relax and shift your perspective without making you dosy or sleepy or so much relaxed that you seem sedated or not all there - it's the perfect level for me at one tablet, and as such I think these are great value considering the benefit and that I only one to notice the impact and benefit form the improvement. I am definitely going to be getting more of these at this price and would 100% recommend them if you need a little help with relaxing about or in certain situations or stressful periods - really pleased with them very happy to have discovered them.

I like the fact they have used a resealable pouch which presumably uses less plastic than a container. I really appreciate the fact that this is a clearly marked vegan supplement with a vegetarian capsule shell. The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. You are getting 60 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of one then they will last you around 2 months. Pretty good value for money at under £10. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your energy health.

Used these for a couple of days so far as I'm trying to stop drinking coffee for a while. Focus/FS brand wasn't available, which is what I always buy, so I went for these. Overall, they work, but I find one tablet has no noticeable effect, 2 is moderate, 3 seems to hit the spot for me. Comes in a small resealable pouch, again I would prefer a proper container for storage convenience. Definitely not high strength, but they do the job.

Absolutely very good. I like to take caffeine because my chronic conditions cause feelings of head/neck pressure and brain fog. Caffeine helps reduce this, but it usually comes at the price of a crash in energy a couple hours later and it can make you feel jittery. Not with this brand. Calm, steady refreshment for your head.

I take these sublingually, the same way I did with 2 other brands before. This one tastes weird and doesn't seem to be high quality... But I could be wrong...
