What is the arch height?

Hello Abdul, the arch height on our PowerStep Pinnacle Low is has an arch height of 1.04 inches. Our Pinnacle Neutral arch height is 1.2 inches and Pinnacle High has an arch height of 1.32 inches. I hope this is helpful, thank you for shopping PowerStep!

Will these low arch insoles work in a wide (4E) shoe?

Hello K. Alan, Our Pinnacle Low are designed to fit regular width shoes. They may, depending on the style of your shoe fit, but I can not guarantee it. The toe area on our Pinnacle Low (Men's 10-10.5) is 3.85" compared to 4.30" on our Pinnacle Wide, which fit shoe widths 3E-6E. Our Pinnacle Wide are designed for neutral arches.
