Durable & Supportive meets cute!
Finding the right compression wear for POTS has been difficult - everything either is too sheer/thin or way too bulky pants material. I have been wearing these for a few days & these leggings surprised me! Here are a few Pros : open toe for comfort that feels supportive on the arch but not too restricting, the material feels like cotton making it lightweight, gradual compression & belly support (not too tight on the stomach tho), sheer enough to look like regular tights, and they have a darker more dense material like shorts so you don't have to worry as much about modesty. Con: Definitely not squat proof & you will still want to wear something to cover your butt; the material becomes more sheer as it stretches. Overall the material is very breathable tho & doesn't make me too warm! Would recommend 10/10

True 20-30mmgh!!! Beware if not prescribed for you.
Perfect for medical reasons, horrible otherwise. These are TIGHTTTT!!! I want to preface by saying I don’t have POTS, varicose veins, currently pregnant or anything that would medically require these. I spend the majority of the day sitting down and I’m chronically sitting with my legs crossed or under me and I noticed I started developing spider veins and quick google search suggested compression tights. I own a pair of (I believe) 15-20 socks and they feel amazing but omg this was pantyhose is definitely way too much for me so I’m returning. I wanted to say first however that they are really good quality, it’s graduated compression so it’s difficult too put on but they’re really stretchy so don’t worry about it. I’m 5’2 and 192lbs and got the XL which fit perfectly for me, I think I could size up to get less compression like some suggested but I think it’d be best for me to look for something with less compression (a 15-20mmg). I have thick thighs and pulled like no other to put on the pantyhose and it hold up well!!! It’s really thick and good quality material. I recommend it!!! If you need it of course, if it’s for aesthetic reasons like me, size up!!! Or just get a pair with less compression, a lot of people are leaving bad ratings because they were too tight and don’t understand the levels of compression. We’re the ones who are wrong for buying something that isn’t for us, I’m sure this is amazing for those who do need it!!

I love the end results soooo much!!
As someone with probable lipedema and lymphedema, my legs are always just full of fluid. I wore these two days in a row and my one specific leg that SWELLS to the point it’s hard, was able to be squeezed a bit without being tight. So I am just pleased with that. However!! They are so extremely uncomfortable. They go so extremely high, and are just hot under clothing. I get it not everyone is wearing them as I am (under jeans at work) however they’re miserable to have to use the restroom or just overheating. I will continue wearing them till I find a pair that fit my desired way, if even possible. The relief they did bring is amazing though. I just had to drop a star for how just horribly uncomfortable they are around the stomach/waist. FYI I am a low rise lady and not a high rise jean person. So I’m sure this has something to do with it. When the bellybutton is tightly covered I feel panicked lol. Weird I know. Just how I feel!

Don't size up! They are supposed to be COMPRESSION. Not tights!
I ordered the xl as I have sweatpants and pajamas in xl. I'm 5'3 230lbs hips 52 inches and they fit so good! I'm not sure why all these reviews are saying to size up because they are supposed to be tight in order to be compression leggings!! Sizing guide isnt correct. These are comparable at my size, in xl to the Doctor Scholls knee high compression socks at moderate compression rating. They are little tricky to get on so you have to put Both calves in first then slide both of the thigh and then pull them up. These do not dig in or roll down they are very comfortable to sit in they are a very thick elastic material but they are see-through so they are not leggings even though they're in the leggings Style. I do like that the toe is free because with my doctor Scholls they slide down and bag at the toe. These do not. I do recommend the toe less tights. Then you can just make sure to put on socks to protect your tights from rubbing in your shoe and wearing out the heel. I highly recommend these they are the best brand I think I've ever bought and a very high quality!

The legs were too wide on me.
These pants were a lot wider than I expected them to be, and they were a little baggy on me in the crotch area.

Too long for short women
Purchased these for outmr 13 hour flight to Ireland. The compression is there for thighs and calves, but they were too long. By too long I mean once past the ankle I had so much extra footage the compression was not there. I am 5'2 and I got the xl. Seem comfortable, so I kept them. I didn't wear them on the flight, but i did wear my compression socks.

Very little compression, size chart seems off
The item arrived as ordered, but the compression is mediocre at best. I have $3 pantyhose that offer more compression. I used my measurements for the size I chose & believe I’d need to order 2 sizes smaller for compression. I do like the feet though, they have a place for the heal of your foot which is nice. They also feel like decent quality, I just think I should have trusted my gut & ordered a size larger than I wear in clothes. I typically am a small, the size chart shows my measurements would be for an extra large which is what I ordered.

Lipedema Friendly! ⭐️
These are amazing. I have lipedema, stage 2 in my legs and in my arms. I am 5’2, 196 lbs and the XL fits my legs really good. I actually sized down one size (supposed to be XXL) and I’m glad I did because the tightness provides great compression. I have 19.5 inch calves and they squeeze my calves a bit but it’s not enough to make it painful, but to keep it all in place. I did feel a little tightness in my thigh and hip area but as the day went on that tightness went away. Seems like good material and definitely a lot thicker than regular pantyhose lol. I was worried the top part would squeeze my apron tummy and make it look ridiculous but it actually fits at my rib cage lol so it’s a bonus because it gives my belly a smoothing, slimming look without the shapewear, yay! If you’re wondering what size to get just base it off your measurements and maybe size down 1 size to get the most compression. I have the classic tender lipedema legs and ankle cuffing and I did notice my ankle cuff area going down in size! I plan to wear this on a plane next month and see how well it works with that because I was all swelled up in regular compression socks. I wish they made a short run version in these tights, I do have to roll the foot area up because the length goes past my whole foot lol, other than that minor inconvenience I rate this product a 10/10. EDIT*** someone had complained about the tights bunching in the back behind the knee area, I had this issue and here’s what I did to fix it, I noticed my tights weren’t pulled up high enough, I was able to pull the fabric as far up as it would go up on my legs and the bunching behind the knee went away. Additionally you should pull the fabric down too and make sure there is no bunching going on in the ankle area, everywhere should be smooth. Some creasing is normal when walking. I work 10 hr days on my feet all day, once I fixed the bunching issue behind the knee I didn’t have a problem since. When you go to the bathroom make sure you pull your tights up high away, pull up from the waist band but also pull the fabric on each leg up, you’ll know what I mean when you do it. My measurements are 19.5” calves 38” waist 44.5” hips

comfortable but not satisfied with the compression
I bought these during my third trimester of pregnancy. I have to say they are quite comfortable. They are seamless and they don’t roll down, which I really like :) The half-foot cut can be a bit tricky and slightly uncomfortable if not positioned properly, though. Unfortunately, I still feel some pain in my varicose veins when I wear them. I followed the size chart (I didn’t consider the belly size), but when they arrived, they felt a bit big compared to other tights I have from another brand, so I decided to go one size smaller. Even then, I’m not 100% sure they give real class 2 compression… :/ but they definitely help more than wearing nothing. I mostly use them when I know I will be active, like walking or hiking.

Comfort and Functional
I had been wearing knee length NHS compression socks - closed toe, for mild lymphodaema and lipodaema. I then was progressed on to full length compression socks, again closed toe. The socks would not stay up and I tore tendons in my shoulder trying to pull them up. My toes were squashed together and it made walking painful. I thought I would try these open toe tights - and the quality of my life has changed completely. The best buy I have made for a long time. Highly recommended!
