Worked great, minor trimming on a gasket.
Fit my 4 cycle J38 Yamaha perfectly. The adapter to cylinder gasket needed a little trimming to put it in place without removing the engine cooling covers.

Bought this got everything out together went to put it on and it broke and half. Don’t buy it, waste of money.

This is an update to my original review. After a month of using it it cracked on its own just by driving my golf cart I barely mad it home with the manifold being cracked
