Red Sunflower Seeds UK 80 Helianthus Packet Flower Seeds by Pretty Wild Seeds

We planted these from seed in the back garden we was a little late planting them but they still grew and have been doing amazing im really impressed we have three tall ( over 6ft ) sunflowers with lots of heads they look beautiful will definitely be planting the rest next year since they did so well, I did notice the leaves have a slight black line on them as they grow but its normal for this type of sunflower and my children are the ones caring for the flowers so they dont need much tlc to grow

These are supposed to be red sunflowers ..they aren't!.. however I'm not even mad about it because the colours that have blossomed are beautiful and very unique, it has been exciting to wait for the next sunflower to come out to see what colour it will be..I planted only 5 seeds in May and now in September all 5 are over 6ft 5 tall and every one has multiple sunflower heads on each stalk so give them a go and see what happens it's worth it :)

Beautiful, high success rate but do not look like the picture. Mine had yellow petals with a thin band of red in the middle. Still pretty. Still unusual. Not like the blood red petals in the picture

Love these, my sunflowers didn't turn out completely red but they are beautiful

Actually did not grow well and did not have any flowers. Disappointed

Not Red, and very poor germination I bought these hoping for Red Velvet sunflowers, but the ones that grew are yellow-orange with only a faint reddish tint at the base of the petals, nothing like the deep red advertised. I've attached photos. This is my second bag. In the first, none of the seeds germinated. In this one, only a few came up, and they weren't the variety described. Between the poor germination and the wrong colour, I can't recommend this. Please check that the seeds are what the listing says.

Update on previous review. I was excited about red sunflowers, saw comments saying either nothing grew or they grew yellow. Well out of the 10 seeds I planted, 1 grew. And it grew yellow!! However, it has grown to nearly 9ft! I planted it in April and it has just bloomed on september 14th. It definitely is not the sunflower shown but it is a very pretty standard yellow sunflower

I've changed my review although the sunflowers aren't red they are beautiful and strong
