I found a half of empty shell inside. Seems like the manufacturer needs to pay attention of the quality control. I feel little better in my pain within one week. Hop this will work overtime.

Arrived same am that I ordered it. No problem with packaging. Easy to swallow ans is effective for preventing aches and pains.

It helps with stiffness and pain. It doesn't contain shellfish either which is a plus.

This product is truly amazing! I was unknowingly exposed to the harsh steroid dexamethasone for 13 months, which severely deteriorated my hip joints and even caused one of my legs to become about an inch and a half shorter than the other.
