Want to work advanced real estate? Commercial Real Estate?
If you are unsure about the basic math or basic parlance of a slightly more advanced level of operations within real estate, then start here. I did. And from it I have taken Peter Harris on board as one of my informal mentors. He has no idea! Peter’s direct and straight-to-the-point discussion, description, and working of a problem really resonate with me. He is also an engineer. His approach is logical and in the format I am used to when seeking solutions to problems. I cannot recommend this book highly enough if you intend on pursuing commercial property ownership of some type.

It’s an absolute must when looking into commercial real estate. You do have some minor research to do for Canadian markets. But gives great advice and procedures to follow.
