Not a terrible product, but Amazon ordering failed me
This *purchase* what a nightmare. Both the pen and the door panel came without hardware. Trying to fix this through Amazon became a nightmare, although Amazon people were VERY nice, obvious disconnect between the people you communicate with and the people grabbing/mailing the orders. Finally contacted the actual company -- IRIS. They did not return my calls, but I finally got a person to answer, and they sent out hardware free..... but then it took weeks to get here. This was an experience ordering through Amazon that was a small disaster. Product itself is much lighter and cheaper than the same version I purchased years ago. Eventually my puppy climbed it. It's not sturdy, but works as an open pen for him for right now.

Missing parts... no more
I was excited for this item. It was exactly what I needed to add to the iris gate to make the space larger for my pup, and a DOOR!! Yay. Unfortunately it did not come with the needed parts to attach said door to the gate so it’s just a useless hunk of plastic. Trying to contact the company but have not gotten any reply. Will update if they do but.... may just need to return ughhhh.Update:Iris contacted me in order to remedy the missing pieces situation. They promptly sent out what I needed in order to created a working door!! Very good customer service and just what I needed. Thank you

Easy to assemble and sturdy
Very easy to put together and take apart for storage. Love that I could buy add on panels. I have two, one for my office and one in the kitchen. I have 3 Maltese, use it mainly for our puppy. Would highly recommend.

I receive no hardware to attach the door
The24 inch door panel did not come with hardware to attach the door Please send me the hardware or at least tell me what size I should buy for hinges and locks

Warning there are no extension panels for the CI-604E playpen!
It would have gotten 5 stars if the extension panels shown on the web page of this playpen actually went with the playpen.
