Motor is missing. Negligence and defective.
Firstly, the product's motor was not functioning. So I asked for a replacement then they replaced with a fresh product but then the motor itself was missing. This I asked for refund and the process was initiated but no one came to collect the product so that I could get my refund. I want my money back. Copy to legal advisor.

Stopped working in about 2-3 usage
The tray stopped working within 2-3 uses. First few rollers stopped working then the motor failed completely. Not worth the price.
