These work well but the texture and taste made me go back to capsules. They aren’t bad tasting but not great either.

Stars Due to Flavor not DIM: So Disappointed
I have tried several different gummy vitamins over the past few years, and these where the most horrible tasting by far. I can get past a weird texture to reap the benefits of a supplement, but the taste is truly atrocious. I really don’t enjoy starting my day with a a handful of capsul vitamins, so I usually really like gummy ones. I’m so disappointed because I was excited to have an easier way to get my daily dosage of DIM only to be horrified by the taste.In regards to DIM, I feel like it reduces the amount of time I feel pms related symptoms by about 1/3-1/2 the amount of time.

Smell bad, taste bad. I couldn't get past the smell.
