I bought this on a Black Friday sale after my breville of 16years broke. I love it so much. It whips up cookie batter so fast and gets egg whites to peaks in less than a minutes. It made the best pavlova that my family adored. It is heavy and can easily handle four batches of cookie dough (100 3inch cookies). Iโm glad I splurge on this machine
