How would I wash and dry this cosplay?

Dear, We suggest you wash by hand, try not to machine wash. Nice day!

Is this for men’s sizes or kids? I’m wanting it for my 12 year old son

I’m not 100% sure for they have them for kids sizes. I have medium and I’m 5’6 and lean.
